Where do you ship to?

True Crystals ships domestically, within Australia, only at this stage.

Can I pick up from your True Crystals store?

No, unfortunately as True Crystals is managed as a home business this is not possible.

What does domestic shipping cost?

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders. If your orders have not yet been despatched we will offer to cancel all your orders which the crystals can then be re-purchased online in one singular order.

When will my order be shipped?

We know how excited our customers are to receive their new orders. Once payment has cleared all orders are packaged and shipped within 2 business days.

 When will I receive my order?

Australia Post endeavor to deliver according to delivery timetables as best possible while the ongoing challenges of COVID-19 remain.

Parcel Post within South Australia is within 3-4 business days.
Parcel Post all other states within 5-7 business days.

Express Post within South Australia is within 1-3 business days.
Express Post all other states within 2-4 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can track your order by visiting https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.

Also, if you have a MyPost or MyPost Business account with Australia Post and you have the same registered email as your True Crystals order you will automatically be updated of your shipment.

My order has been shipped but it hasn't arrived.

If your order has not yet been received within the postage time frames outlined we ask that you kindly check the tracking information on your order.  Upon despatch of your order you would have received an email stating your tracking number.

If the tracking on your order has had no movements or has been sent to or delivered to an incorrect area please contact us at admin@truecrystals.com.au and we will look into the matter immediately.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Please email us at admin@truecrystals.com.au as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We ship orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Unfortunately, once an order begins processing we are unable to cancel or make any changes. Please note we are not responsible for any errors made by the customer when entering their address at checkout.

Also we do not offer a refund/return on a change of mind once items has been despatched.

How are your items packaged for shipment?

All of our products are safely bubble wrapped & packed in a shipping carton or with eco-friendly packaging. Because our products are individually sealed, none of our products are ever touched by shipping or delivery staff which means they are always packed in perfect condition.
