True Crystals does not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. True Crystals bears no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned. We recommend that you return products using registered mail with appropriate insurance should be you wish to be covered for any damage that might occur during transport, particularly if it is a high cost product.
